Every Go Bag USA product is built for the road ahead, and inspected by our team before it ships. Because many of our products include consumable items like food, drink mixes, and other perishable gear, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped.
This policy keeps every product we send out safe, sanitary, and adventure-ready… just like you’d expect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or missing items, let us know right away (within 48 hours of delivery is best) so we can make it right.
Here’s how to report a problem:
- Snap a few photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Email them, along with your order number, to [email protected].
- Our team will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund — fast.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can’t be changed or canceled. We move quick so you get your gear fast.
